However, none have been quite as impressive as the team at Hayes Family Roofing LLC! From the initial inspection through to the completion of the roof repairs on a house my wife and I recently bought, I can't sing enough praises about Tracy, the owner, and Brayden, the technician. I simply wouldn't consider using any other service, nor would I suggest any other. They are simply the best!

They also provide service during their warranty period if any issues crop up. You might be wondering, if their work is so top-notch, why would warranty service be necessary? In our case, we faced issues with the ridge vents we selected. When we decided to upgrade our roof to impact-resistant 3-tab shingles with a 50-year lifespan, we found our options were limited to a single manufacturer that this roofer doesn't typically work with. To uphold that manufacturer's extensive replacement warranty, we utilized all the roofing system components they suggested. A year after our roof was installed, we noticed our ridge vents were collapsing and detaching. Once Brayden inspected and agreed with our initial evaluation, Tracy began the process of coordinating with the manufacturer to replace them under warranty. Challenges she faced and overcame included dealing with a different manufacturer with unique procedures, a separate supply chain, and tracking down bundles of hip and ridge shingles for a roof color that had been discontinued. Tracy contacted suppliers nationwide until she found enough bundles, then arranged the replacement job. Brayden then came out and inspected the work to verify that it was done correctly. Apart from sending the initial photos via email and then waiting, this process was stress-free for us. We also have the confidence that this roofer works diligently to build and maintain happy customers. They are easy to work with, reliable, and trustworthy, making them an excellent choice for your roofing needs!

Review: The team at Hayes Family Roofing LLC is just amazing! Brayden was courteous and respectful during our initial meeting at my home. He swiftly carried out the inspection and assured me that he would handle everything moving forward. True to his word, he dealt with all the insurance formalities, which I didn't have to worry about. He then informed me that I would be getting a new roof. I only had to choose the color of my shingles, and that was it. Brayden's team installed my new roof promptly and professionally. They were careful not to cause any damage to my gutters, flower beds, or anything else on my property. I found very few nails on the ground, which is impressive considering the number of old nails they had to remove. They left my yard in fantastic condition! A year has passed, and I'm still convinced I made the right decision. There are many roofing companies out there that might not offer reliable services. Brayden was present on the morning of the installation as well. The roofing team was punctual, immediately got down to business, and worked proficiently and tirelessly throughout the day. All were extremely polite and considerate, responding to our inquiries. The team did an exceptional job and the post-work cleanup was thoroughly done as well. Since the roofing job was lined up right after i got my new house in pflugerville, they were flexible with my timetable, ensuring we could tackle the roof and leakage issues promptly. After the gutters were installed, we noticed a slight leakage around the front porch. However, brayden and tracy were quick to address the issue.
