Review: The ENTIRE team at Matthew Lorand Roofing did a great job. We were very happy. Great communication, fair prices, and honest. From the initial contact with the salesman (Jason), to dealing with the project manager, to the actual crew that did the work that day - it was all very professional and the work was done well and was completed on time (one day). One of the reasons we picked them (after first getting 4 bids) was because several other families in our neighborhood had previously used Matthew Lorand Roofing and ALL of them were delighted with the results. I highly recommend you use them!

After discovering damage and access by rodents, I contacted them and they were able to immediately dispatch a team to assess the damage and compile an estimate, all with images and repair details. They quickly got my repair scheduled and completed, and were able to accommodate my work schedule. I'll absolutely be contacting them for any future repair needs.

I initially called them for a minor leak, but they discovered hail damage I wasn’t aware of. Review: In September of 2024, I hired Matthew Lorand Roofing to do a complete renovation of my old rood. The experience was good at all phases of the job. I liked working with Jason Joseph (the owner/manager), he is a clear and straightforward person. Receiving the quote and executing the contract was quick and easy. I signed an easy-to-understand contract without any legal unnecessary verbiage. The company quickly scheduled the roof installation date and materials were delivered the day before; so the driveway was only occupied with construction materials during one evening.The job was performed in one day. The crew was always courteous and hardworking. A small crew of two people came the day after for a few hours to ensure that all was finished, clean, tidy and to my satisfaction. Jason Joseph visited before the works commenced and was always on top of things. Beyond replacing the roof shingles, the crew identified several spots where the wood boards were rotten. I was made aware of this situation prior to the company proceeded with the repair.I cannot speak of any downside of the work performed. I do advise however, to carefully read the quote, the material specifications, the contract, and be always present when the works are performed. But I do recommend this with any contractor. I also hired this company two years ago to perform a smaller roof repair and I was also satisfied with the work. I certainly recommend Matthew Lorand Roofing if you need to repair or renovate your roof.
