Review: My insurance company said I needed to replace the roof so I called Wilson roofing as they have a good reputation in town. Their salesman did a good job describing the process and setting expectations. It turns out they shop the jobs out to subcontractors. I don't have an issue with this as long as they stand behind the work. All in all the sub crew did a good job with the roof. It looks great. The team did fall short of my expectations in the following ways:a. The crew did a poor job replacing the polygal panels over my pergola. I asked Wilson for their response - they haven't yet reacted.b. Communication was quite poor between Wilson and the sub. There were issues getting the material to the house when the job was starting.c. Wilson representatives were slow to react and respond to queries. It could be because they are extremely busy but as a customer I don't care much about that.d. The cleanup by the sub screw wasn't as thorough as I would have expected.So all in all, they did a good job. Not a great one.

Review: Based on other roofing company estimates, and talking with the Wilson Roofing rep, Wilson performed just the necessary work and not a bunch of other work that was not needed. My experience was I got a very fair and very reasonably priced repair. I will definitely go with Wilson if any future repairs are needed and without getting quotes from the other guys.

Review: Based on my personal experience, I have a great deal of confidence in Wilson Roofing Company. Wilson replaced the roof of my house in 2005 with a high-quality product in terms of both materials and workmanship. I know this because 19 trouble-free years had passed when my roof developed its first and thus-far only problem: a minor leak behind a diverter. I did not hesitate to hire Wilson to repair the leak. The service I subsequently received was excellent throughout the repair process. The employee at each stage of the process responded promptly, accurately, and professionally. Ian Bishop, for instance, established communications immediately and kept me informed of the status of my work order via clear, timely messages. The inspector and crew leader were also professional and courteous, as were the front desk, accounting, and other staff. At one point, I started to involve myself in the details of the materials to be used. But then I remembered from my years in facilities work that a contractor like Wilson is an ally, not an adversary. I was not disappointed. The repair was accomplished ahead of schedule and--as far as I can tell--it was expertly done. I can call Wilson Roofing Company again if a need ever arises.

Review: This was the second time in the last few years that we had to have the roof replaced. The first time made it easy to have another job by Wilson Roofing. Thus we took a little time to ask for an estimate. And so, had to wait for a while for the repairs, but when they came all went well.After the repairs, the company said that they could replace the gutters as stated in the estimate but recommended another way to do this which was much better but cost another 1K. We chose to add the extra thousand to our bill.This took a long time as our insurance needed to see what needed to be done. It took a long time for the company and carrier get together. Our adjuster would try to get the information she needed, would try to make contact, and didn't have much luck. We did not have much luck ourselves.When we finally all got together on this, work went quickly and we got some very nice gutters.Carol and Mike Rainbolt

Review: My experience with Wilson was outstanding from beginning to end. Chance came out and thoroughly reviewed my project, explained everything and gave me a fast, reasonable quote. They started work very shortly after the signed contract. Didn't invoice the project until it was completed. The Wilson crew was quick and dependable. I had a great experience overall.
